B. Proton Events: A greater than 10 MeV at 10 pfu proton event
began at 07/0400Z amd reached a maximum of 25 pfu 07/0745Z. The
flux at geosynchronous orbit has been steadily declining since, but
remains within +/- 2 pfu of the 10 MeV threshold.
C. Geomagnetic Activity Summary: The geomagnetic field activity
ranged from quiet to unsettled.
