Joint USAF/NOAA Report of Solar and Geophysical Activity
SDF Number 151 Issued at 2200Z on 30 May 2012
IA. Analysis of Solar Active Regions and Activity from 29/2100Z
to 30/2100Z: Solar activity was low during the past 24 hours. A C1
x-ray event was observed at 30/0850Z from a region around the east
limb. All spot groups on the disk remained relatively quiet and
stable. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed during the period.
IB. Solar Activity Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be very
low to low with C-class activity likely for the next three days (31
May - 02 June).
IIA. Geophysical Activity Summary 29/2100Z to 30/2100Z:
The geomagnetic field was quiet for the past 24 hours.
