COMMENT: Solar activity remains rather low with only small C-flares
from active regions Cat 6 (NOAA 1462, rotating away on the west limb)
and Cat 11 (NOAA 1469, rotating onto the soar disk on the east limb).
For the coming days we expect more C-flaring, with a slight chance for

an M-flare.
An isolated period of active geomagnetic conditions (K=4) was observed

between 18:00 and 21:00 on April 24 in Doubes as a result of a coronal

hole fast wind stream. As the north-south component of the magnetic
field is becoming positive again, we expect to return from unsettled
(K=3) to quiet (K=2) conditions. Active to minor storm conditions (K max

5) are expected tomorrow in response to the arrival of the CME observed

on April 23.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 083, BASED ON 07 STATIONS.
