COMMENT: Solar activity is low with only small C-class flares. NOAA AR

1460 (Catania 1) and NOAA AR 1459 (Catania 2) and NOAA AR 1465 (Catania

10) are growing, but maintaining beta configuration. We expect C-class

flares and possibly M-class flare. During last 18 hours the Bz component

of the interplanetary magnetic field was fluctuating having
predominantly negative value (up to -8 nT). During this time interval
solar wind speed was decreasing and its value is at the moment 330 km/s.

The geomagnetic conditions are quiet and expect to remain so in the next

hours. The arrival of the partial halo CME from April 19 is expected
late on April 22, early April 23. We do not expect strongly disturbed
geomagnetic conditions (K index maximum 4) due to the slow speed of the

CME.
