COMMENT: Solar activity has been very low, new region NOAA AR 1455 is
growing fast and has potential for C-class flares and low chances of
M-class flares. Geomagnetic conditions have reached minor storm periods

(both at Dourbes and at planetary levels) due to the fast speed stream

from a coronal hole. Conditions are expected to remain unsettled for the

next 24h (with possible active periods due to the high solar wind speeds

of ~700k m/s) and quiet after that.
