COMMENT: Solar conditions remain quiet, with flaring activity at
B-class level. Most of the flares in the past 24h originated in NOAA AR

1451 and NOAA AR 1150 ( no Catania numbers yet). NOAA AR 1151 produced
a
B8.0 flare at 02:34 UT this morning. We expect more flaring at B-class

level, with a possibility for an isolated C-flare.
The solar wind speed is low, around 350 km/s. A high speed wind stream

from an earth-facing coronal hole is expected to arrive on April 4 and

could cause unsettled geomagnetic conditions. Until then, we expect
quiet geomagnetic conditions.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 052, BASED ON 13 STATIONS.
