COMMENT: Solar activity is expected to reach eruptive levels with C
class flares likely from NOAA AR 1432 and 1435. There is a slight risk

for an isolated M flare. Geomagnetic activity is expected to stay at
active levels as the Earth is still under the influence of a fast solar

wind stream linked to a coronal hole. Minor storms (K=5) were locally
observed in Dourbes (Belgium) between 15 and 18UT on March 16th.
Unsettled to active conditions might continue till the beginning till
the beginning of March 18th due the CME of March 15th.
