NOTE: the above forecasts are valid from 1230UT, 17 Feb 2012 until 19 Feb
2012
PREDICTIONS FOR 17 Feb 2012 10CM FLUX: 103 / AP: 005
PREDICTIONS FOR 18 Feb 2012 10CM FLUX: 100 / AP: 015
PREDICTIONS FOR 19 Feb 2012 10CM FLUX: 100 / AP: 007
COMMENT: Solar flaring activity is expected to remain very low with a
small chance for a C-flare. Two filament eruptions were observed this
morning in SDO/AIA 304 images. A first one at 00:12 UT on the northwest

limb and a second one in the SW quadrant around 06:12. No CME associated

with these events was observed, but both STEREO and SOHO coronographs
suffer from data gaps. Geomagnetic conditions can turn to unsettled
level due to the influence of a coronal hole tomorrow.
