COMMENT: NOAA AR 1416 (Catania 38) and 1417 have produced C-class
flares and have potential for M-class flares. An unnumbered region (1402

in the previous rotation) east of AR 1417 have been the source of
several C-class flares, with a C7.7 peaking at 18:54 UT on February 11.

This region (together with NOAA AR 1401) produced several M-class flares

in their previous rotation, so more can be expected as they enter the
visible disk today. Geomagnetic activity has been quiet, the effects of

a coronal hole are expected for today and tomorrow and, starting late on

February 13, the arrival of the ICME from February 10 can occur.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 030, BASED ON 06 STATIONS.
