COMMENT: Solar activity has been low with a few C-class flares, the
strongest was a C2.9 flare peaking at 22:17 UT from a new active region,

NOAA AR 1415 (Catania 36 and 37). This active region and Catania 38 and

39 can produce more C-class flares in the next 48h. Geomagnetic
conditions were quiet to unsettled, the fast speed stream from a small

coronal hole is expected to arrive within 24h and to raise the
geomagnetic conditions to the active level.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 021, BASED ON 08 STATIONS.
