COMMENT: A long duration C2.5 flare occurred this morning and
originated from the west limb of the sun, probably from NOAA AR 11393
and/or 11391, two active regions that are turning of the disk. In the
north-east a CME occurred this morning, first visible as a partial halo
CME in STEREO/COR2-B images at around 9UT. We have to await SOHO/LASCO
to estimate its direction with respect to the earth.
Geomagnetic conditions are quiet and expected to remain so for the next
48 hours.
