COMMENT: Solar activity is dominated by NOAA AR 11389. This region
produced many C-flares and 3 low M-flares in the past day. More C-flares

are expected from this region, with the possibility of another M-flare.

While STEREO/COR2 suffers from a data gap, SOHO/LASCO is showing a
westward CME at 16:24 yesterday, related to a backsided event.
Despite the -expected- arrival of multiple CME's, the geomagnetic
conditions have remained quiet due to a relatively low solar wind speed

and positive southward component of the magnetic field. The solar wind

speed increased up to 450 km/s and is currently around 400 km/s. The
interplanetary magnetic field has a total value around 10nT. The faster

solar wind speed originating in the extension of the southern polar
coronal hole and the CME arrivals can still cause unsettled geomagnetic

conditions in the coming days.
