COMMENT: The solar background GOES X-ray flux is now on C-level, which

results in numerous small C-flares. This enhancement of background
radiation is due to the rotation on the disk of Active region NOAA 11376

in the north-east. It produced several C-flares. We expect eruptive
(C-flaring) conditions to persist for the next 24 hours. The geomagnetic

conditions are very quiet and expected to remain so for the next 48
hours.
