COMMENT: Catania sunspot group 31 (NOAA AR 1339) maintains the
beta-gamma configuration of its photospheric magnetic field. We expect

flaring activity at the C-class level, with an M-class flare possible
but not very likely. The Earth is currently inside a slow (around 360
km/s) solar wind flow with average (around 5 nT) interplanetary magnetic

field magnitude. We expect quiet geomagnetic conditions in the next 24

hours. On November 12 we expect the arrival of an interplanetary
disturbance associated with the halo CME observed on the Sun on November

9. Geomagnetic storm conditions (most probably at K = 5 or 6) will then

be possible.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 115, BASED ON 05 STATIONS.
