NOTE: the above forecasts are valid from 1230UT, 07 Nov 2011 until 09 Nov
2011
PREDICTIONS FOR 07 Nov 2011 10CM FLUX: 181 / AP: 004
PREDICTIONS FOR 08 Nov 2011 10CM FLUX: 183 / AP: 004
PREDICTIONS FOR 09 Nov 2011 10CM FLUX: 185 / AP: 003
COMMENT: Seven active regions are reported by NOAA today. The most
flare-productive regions are NOAA ARs 1338 and 1339. The flaring
activity of NOAA AR 1339 has somewhat decreased in the last 24 hours,
although this sunspot group still maintains the beta-gamma-delta
configuration of its photospheric magnetic field. Due to the active
region position close to the solar central meridian, any CME originating

in it may produce strong geomagnetic consequences as well as SEP fluxes.

Currently the Earth is inside a slow (around 330 km/s) solar wind flow

with average (around 5 nT) interplanetary magnetic field magnitude. We

expect quiet geomagnetic conditions in the next 24 hours.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 131, BASED ON 04 STATIONS.
