COMMENT: Solar flaring activity was at C-flaring level during the past
24 hours. While the active regions on the solar disk are expected to
produce only occasional C flares, new active regions now appearing at
the East limb may contribute to a rise of the activity, with more M
flares. Geomagnetic conditions are currently unsettled, returning to
quiet levels. Bz is at -5 nT, but the solar wind speed has reduced to
360 km/s.
TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 085, BASED ON 05 STATIONS.
