COMMENT: Several minor C flares have occurred in the past 24 hours, a
C2.2 from NOAA AR 1313 was the strongest one, peaking at 12:23 UT on
October 13. There are low chances of M-class flares. There was a halo
CME at 02:18 UT on October 13 (reported by CACTUS), but it is backsided,

no influence on the Earth is expected. Geomagnetic activity has been
quiet, but the arrival of the fast solar wind from a coronal hole may
cause active to minor storm levels within 48h.
