COMMENT: Solar activity is low, among other C-class flares a C4.4 with

peak at 11:37 UT on October 12 was the most powerful one (from NOAA AR

1319, Catania 7). There are several ARs with low chances for M-class
flares: NOAA ARs 1313 (Catania 98, changed into a beta-gamma
configuration), 1314 (Catania 5), 1316 (Catania 6) and 1319 (catania 7).

Geomagnetic conditions are quiet and expected to remain so until the
arrival of a fast speed stream in approximately 48h.
