COMMENT: The GOES X-ray background is at B-level. Cat 82 (NOAA AR 1302)

produced a C7.3 flare this morning with peak time 09:23 UT. More
C-flares are expected in the coming days. A slow, probably not
geo-effective, CME was observed yesterday evening in STEREO-A COR2
images around 21:54 UT. It is possibly related to the B8.3 flare at
20:18 UT in Cat 82. For now, no CME signatures were observed associated

to the C7 flare this morning, but not all data is available yet.

The solar wind speed is currently around 360 km/s. Geomagnetic
conditions are quiet but could turn to unsettled or active conditions
later today or tomorrow, due to the arrival of the CME's from the
previous days.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 085, BASED ON 11 STATIONS.
