COMMENT: Seven sunspot groups are currently visible on the solar disk.

They are mostly small, and with a simple configuration of the
photospheric magnetic field. An occurrence of a C-flare is not very
likely, although still possible primarily due to recent emergence of new

sunspots in Catania sunspot groups 33 (NOAA AR 1254) and 35 (no NOAA
number yet). The Earth is currently inside a slow (around 440 km/s)
solar wind flow with average (around 5-6 nT) interplanetary magnetic
field (IMF) magnitude. Due to low solar wind speed and predominantly
northward direction of the north-south IMF component, we expect quiet
geomagnetic conditions in the coming hours.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 057, BASED ON 18 STATIONS.
