COMMENT: Solar flaring activity is low, with one C-class flare
yesterday (C2.1 at 11h01 UT, NOAA AR 1244) and only minor B-class events

today. NOAA AR 1244, which currently has a beta-gamma magnetic
configuration, produced an eruption early yesterday morning. It was
accompanied by a B9.5 flare, a type II radio burst, a dimming and an EIT

wave. The corresponding narrow CME was detected by LASCO and STEREO.
This region could produce more C-flares.
Geomagnetic conditions are quiet to unsettled and expected to remain
so. We might receive a glancing blow on July 6th from CME observed
yesterday.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 030, BASED ON 21 STATIONS.
