COMMENT: Since yesterday evening the solar wind speed has changed
character with increased density and sharply rising speed. This is the
influence of a recurrent coronal hole, striking us a bit earlier than
expected. Enhanced geomagnetic activity can be expected today and
tomorrow. NOAA's estimated Kp index is currently at Kp=4. There is a
small chance for a C-class flare from either NOAA AR 1242 or 1243.
