COMMENT: The overall level of solar activity is expected to reach
'eruptive level' during the next 48 hours. C class flares are possible
from NOAA AR 1236, close to the central meridian. A C1.5 flare occurred
on May 19th, in NOAA plage 1237, peaking at 16:37 UT. It was associated
with a CME that is not expected to produce any geomagnetic disturbance.
Geomagnetic activity is expected to be quiet for the next 48 hours and
then reach active to possibly minor storm levels by the end of June
22nd, due to a coronal hole becoming geoeffective.
TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 024, BASED ON 09 STATIONS.
