IA. Analysis of Solar Active Regions and Activity from 21/2100Z
to 22/2100Z: Solar activity was very low. All spotted regions on
the visible disk were small, magnetically simple and generally
quiescent. New Region 1220 (N14W65) emerged today as a small
bipolar group.
IB. Solar Activity Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be very
low for the next three days (23-25 May) with a slight chance for a
C-class event on day one (23 May).
IIA. Geophysical Activity Summary 21/2100Z to 22/2100Z:
The geomagnetic field was quiet.
IIB. Geophysical Activity Forecast: The geomagnetic field is
expected to remain predominantly quiet for the next three days.
