COMMENT: Catania sunspot group 79 (NOAA AR 1208) produced two C-class
flares in the last 24 hours (C1.3 and C4.8 peaking at 14:25 UT and 23:34

respectively). More C-class flares are probable to occur in this active

region. The Earth is currently inside a solar wind stream with an
intermediate speed (around 500 km/s) and elevated interplanetary
magnetic field (IMF) magnitude (around 10 nT). The north-south IMF
component is fluctuating around zero. Quiet to active geomagnetic
conditions can be expected.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 039, BASED ON 08 STATIONS.
