COMMENT: Solar activity is low, the largest flare was a C3.2 from NOAA
AR 1995 peaking at 11:51 UT. This region is rotating over the west limb.
More C-class flares are expected. A minor geomagnetic storm occurred in
the 9-12 UT period, and several active periods during the night, due to
the arrival of a very fast speed stream (over 700km/s) from a coronal
hole. More active conditions are possible for the next 48 hours.
