NOTE: the above forecasts are valid from 1230UT, 01 Apr 2011 until 03 Apr
2011
PREDICTIONS FOR 01 Apr 2011 10CM FLUX: 114 / AP: 007
PREDICTIONS FOR 02 Apr 2011 10CM FLUX: 112 / AP: 003
PREDICTIONS FOR 03 Apr 2011 10CM FLUX: 110 / AP: 003
COMMENT: All active regions on the solar disk are declining, just as
the activity of the returning active region now about to reappear at the
East limb. Therefore, we predict the continuation of the current low
solar activity, with only occasional C flares and a slight chance of an
M flare. Due to the slightly enhanced IMF strength (10 nT) and negative
excursions of its Bz component, we expect quiet to unsettled geomagnetic
conditions over the next 24 hours, followed by quiet conditions for the
rest of the 3-day forecast period.
TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 041, BASED ON 06 STATIONS.
