COMMENT: Solar activity remains low. However, a CME was ejected from a

source just behind the NE limb on March 29 20:24UT (CACTus detection).

It is associated with an active region that is about to appear at the
East limb and corresponds to the formerly very active region NOAA1169
from the previous solar rotation. This CME was thus heralding an
increase of solar activity starting on day 2 (March 31), with high
chances of C-flares and a moderate chance of an M-flare, largely from
this returning region. The Earth crossed a sector boundary in the solar

wind around 22:00UT on March 29. This caused temporary unsettled
geomagnetic conditions. Those conditions returned to quiet levels and
they are expected to remain quiet.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 061, BASED ON 07 STATIONS.
