COMMENT: Solar activity is low. All active regions on the solar disk
are stable or declining. There is still a chance of C flares and a
possible M flare, in part because of the return at the East limb of two

active regions that were very active over the past solar rotation:
NOAA1166 and 1169. The latter was apparently the source of a limb CME
that occurred yesterday March 28 in the NE quadrant. The solar wind
remains slow and is expected to remain so. Therefore, we expect quiet
geomagnetic conditions over the next few days, with only occasional
unsettled intervals.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 061, BASED ON 11 STATIONS.
