COMMENT: Solar activity is expected to stay at eruptive levels for the
next 48 hours with risks of C-class flares from NOAA AR 1164 and 1166.
Geomagnetic activity is expected to be quiet with a small risk of
unsettled to active conditions on March 6th, due to the arrival of a CME
spotted on March 4th. This CME has no obvious source region on the Sun,
but STEREOA/COR2 and SOHO/LASCO pictures reveal a southward going,
Earth-directed CME. Magnetic field orientation might not be optimal for
a geomagnetic effect.
