O come on Warren, now you are making me laugh. Tell me how you know that
that happens in Western Australia. Come on... tell me.The payback for
excess power is a credit against an account. It is not income. Say what
you like about NJ but don't try guess work with us.You get it wrong every
time.
Now I said "in Western Australia" where the power companies are not those
existing in the other states.Clueless? Oh no Warren you have the wrong
feller there.
Bob VK6BE.

>You make it plain you're clueless when it comes to politics and taxation.
A credit off the power bill is based on how much the power company buys
from the provider (you) so with the stroke of a pen it becomes taxable
income. The difference lies in consumption, generate more, consume less
and "nothing" isn't taxable. Being a credit it ammounts to payment by the
power company and is taxable.
