Hi Bob and all,
You make it plain you're clueless when it comes to politics and taxation.
A credit off the power bill is based on how much the power company buys
from the provider (you) so with the stroke of a pen it becomes taxable
income. The difference lies in consumption, generate more, consume less
and "nothing" isn't taxable. Being a credit it ammounts to payment by the
power company and is taxable.
If you're going to out-think them you have to think like them only
better. Capone's downfall came because he couldn't think and hired
someone to do it for him. He forgot the old proverb; when one knows a
secret it remains secret, tell one and you tell the world.
"No I don't think..."
That's your trouble right there so put on your thinking cap and keep your
mouth shut. When you find a way to out fox the power company, no matter
how exciting your idea may be KEEP IT TO YOURSELF and just do it.
