I am not sure where this $8000 comes into it. Maybe that is just that
state. In this state $8000 subsidy would install the system on at least
two houses, maybe three. However the situation here varies widely from
state to state in some matters.

other VK2 to find out why he said he can't afford it. Must have something
to do with the terms of the contract he so far hasn't mentioned.
