PREDICTIONS FOR 25 Jan 2011 10CM FLUX: 083 / AP: 005
PREDICTIONS FOR 26 Jan 2011 10CM FLUX: 082 / AP: 001
PREDICTIONS FOR 27 Jan 2011 10CM FLUX: 081 / AP: 001
COMMENT: Solar activity is low, no C-flares in past 24 hours. NOAA AR
1149 is decaying and has less potential for producing strong flares.
Geomagnetic activity is quiet and expected to remain so. Nevertheless,

the interplanetary magnetic field has been at somewhat elevated values

for the last 24 hours (~8 nT), together with the low temperature in the

solar wind they might be an indication of an ICME. Most possible
candidate is a CME that erupted on January 20, seen around 15:00 UT by

the COR instruments onboard STEREO.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 019, BASED ON 04 STATIONS.
