COMMENT: Solar activity is increasing slightly. NOAA AR 11140 is
crackling with B-flares, the largest one during the past 24h was a B8.3

flare reaching its maximum at 21:59 UT yesterday. NOAA AR 11141 and
11142 are new active regions with a Beta configuration. Close to this AR

11142, in the south-east quadrant of the sun, there is a large (stable)

filament. Another small filament in the north-east quadrant erupted
yesterday around 15:19 UT as observed in the SWAP images. Geomagnetic
conditions are quiet. The all quiet alert is still active.
