COMMENT: Solar activity remains quiet. The GOES X-ray plot shows a B4.0

flare peaking at 11h17 this morning. LASCO observed a CME starting at
07h24 this morning. Comparison with STEREO data shows that the eruption

was backsided. Geomagnetic conditions can become unsttled due to a
coronal hole wind stream. We expect little or no disturbance due to the

arrival of the CME that was observed on December 8.
