PREDICTIONS FOR 28 Oct 2010 10CM FLUX: 086 / AP: 007
COMMENT: NOAA AR 1117 has produced two C-class flares in the last 24
hours (a C1.1 flare peaking at 01:13 UT on Oct 26, and a C2.3 flare
peaking at 22:06 UT on Oct 25). A third C1.0 flare with maximum at 08:14

UT was associated to NOAA AR 1119. C-class flares can be expected from

these two active regions (NOAA AR 1115 has small chances of
participating in the flare production) and AR 1117 could reach the
M-class level. A CME related to a prominence eruption was detected early

on Oct 25 (during a LASCO data gap), the bulk of the CME was travelling

to the east and should not produce consequences at the Earth. The solar

wind speed is still high at ACE, unsettled conditions are expected today

and quiet starting tomorrow.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 042, BASED ON 08 STATIONS.
