COMMENT: The all quiet alert stays valid. Solar activity remains very
low. The X-ray background radiation dropped below B-level again, while

the solar wind speed decreased to 330 km/s. We expect quiet geomagnetic

conditions with a possible unsettled period today when the Earth is
under the influence of a fast wind stream originating from a coronal
hole. STEREO A observed a small CME yesterday around 17h24. Since it was

mostly directed southward, we do not expect it to become geo-effective.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 020, BASED ON 15 STATIONS.
