IA. Analysis of Solar Active Regions and Activity from 27/2100Z
to 28/2100Z: Solar activity was very low. Region 1101 (N12E21)
produced a few B-class flares during the past 24 hours.
IB. Solar Activity Forecast: Solar activity is forecast to be very
low for the next 3 days (29-31 August).
IIA. Geophysical Activity Summary 27/2100Z to 28/2100Z:
The geomagnetic field was mostly quiet to unsettled with an isolated
period of active conditions between 27/21-28/00Z. The greater than 2
MeV electron flux at geosynchronous orbit was at high levels
throughout the past 24 hours.
IIB. Geophysical Activity Forecast: The geomagnetic field is
forecast to be mostly quiet to unsettled for the next 3 days (29-31
August).
