COMMENT: Catania sunspot group 93 (NOAA AR 1084) is unlikely to produce

a C-flare. A returning active region currently behind the eastern limb

(NOAA AR 1082 during the previous rotation) produced several B-class
flares in less than 24 hours. A C-flare is thus possible as this active

region will soon come from behind the solar limb. The Earth is currently

inside the slow (330 km/s) solar wind flow with weak (2-3 nT)
interplanetary magnetic field magnitude. We expect quiet geomagnetic
conditions in the next 48 hours.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 007, BASED ON 12 STATIONS.
