COMMENT: Solar activity is expected to be very low for the next 48
hours. A CME occurred on the west limb, being clearly visible on
LASCO-C2 coronagraph after 00:06 UT on April 11. It is very likely
associated with former NOAA AR 1059, now behind the limb. No geomagnetic
effect is expected. Geomagnetic activity is expected to reach active to
minor storm levels by the end of April 11 or on April 12 due to the
arrival of the halo CME of April 8. Current solar wind conditions as
measured by the ACE spacecraft are very quiet.
TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 000, BASED ON 11 STATIONS.
