COMMENT: Solar activity is low. NOAA AR 11054 is growing slowly and
produced a C2.3 flare peaking at 18:27 UT on March 12. It is likely to

produce more C flares with slight chances for M flares. NOAA AR 11055 is

stable and not expected to produce big flares. A CME was detected by
CACTUS at 05:54 UT directed towards the north east, it is not expected

to be geoeffective. Geomagnetic conditions are quiet, with the solar win

speed around 450 km/s and a magnetic field below 5 nT. No disturbances

are expected.
