COMMENT: A coronal hole in the Southern solar hemisphere can
potentially trigger geomagnetic activity in the coming days. However, in
the previous rotation, the same coronal hole had no geomagnetic impact,
so we estimate this unlikely. NOAA active region 1029 (Catania sunspot
group 22) is showing an interesting growth but does not pose any serious
flaring potential yet. In short, we expect quiet geomagnetic conditions.
TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 012, BASED ON 04 STATIONS.
