COMMENT: There are no more sunspots on the Sun. Vey low solar activity
will thus continue over the coming days. The solar wind is slowing down,
and will remain at about 350km/s at least for the next two days, with
corresponding quiet geomagnetic conditions. Thereafter, by July 15, a
weak disturbance originating in a small coronal hole may induce usettled
geomagnetic levels.
