COMMENT: Active region Catania#14 (NOAA 11024) has now stabilized after

a quick growth period. Now, the rate of B sub-flares has declined but an

occasional C flare remains possible. The solar wind has now settled down

at a low speed of 350km/s. It is expected to remain so over the coming

days. Quiet geomagnetic conditions will thus continue at least over the

next 3-day period.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 016, BASED ON 13 STATIONS.
