COMMENT: There is no spot and no activity on the Sun. A transequatorial

coronal hole is now transiting the solar central meridian and will
direct a recurrent fast solar wind stream towards the Earth starting
tomorrow Feb.8, for two or three days. The magnetosphere, which is
currently mostly quiet, will then become active with a possibility of
minor geomagnetic storm, mainly in the course of Feb.8. We thus
terminated the All-Quiet alert.
