COMMENT: The active regions on the solar disk are moving towards
geo-effective positions. Therefor the 'all quiet' alert is halted.
For now, space weather conditions are quiet, although CACTUS detected a

CME on the east limb of the sun, yesterday at 11:54 UT. There is a new

active region visible on the STEREO B EUVI images, which will turn over

the east limb in the coming days.
