COMMENT: No flares nor sunspots to report. A slow CME was seen off the

eastern solar limb yesterday April 17, first observed at 10:06 UT by
LASCO-C2. It originated from a prominence eruption and it is not
expected to be geoeffective. The solar wind speed is close to 500 km/s

at ACE's location. Geomagnetic conditions will be quiet to unsettled for

the next 48 hours.
