COMMENT: The Sun remains spotless and will thus stay at very low
activity levels. The recurrent fast solar wind stream hardly deserves
that name. Compared to previous solar rotations, it has become much
weaker with a speed fluctuating now around 400 km/s. This not enough to

excite the Earth magnetosphere beyond the current quiet to unsettled
levels, which will extend at least over the next 2 days in the forecast

period.
