to 05/2100Z:  Solar activity was very low.
IB.  Solar Activity Forecast:  Solar activity is expected to remain
very low.
IIA.  Geophysical Activity Summary 04/2100Z to 05/2100Z:
The geomagnetic field activity was mostly quiet.  One period of
active to minor storm conditions was observed between 0900-1200Z.
IIB.  Geophysical Activity Forecast:  The geomagnetic field is
expected to be quiet to unsettled on day one (6 December), followed
by quiet conditions for the remainder of the forecast period (7-8
Dec) as the high speed stream subsides.
